Type a phrase you'll remember. The forge mixes capitals, swaps letters for look-alike symbols, and adds random extras so the result is hard to guess.

Strength counts only the randomness the forge adds, and assumes someone already knows your phrase (names and years are easy to guess). Aim for Strong or better. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent or saved.
